The winery was only established back in 1999, but the techniques and culture of wine production has a tradition going back to the 20th centruy.

Not only is the label such a brilliant design but it has the liquid to back up its standout.  The story behind the wine is interesting and once tasted, its packed with succulent berry fruit that offers soft tannins and a good structure.

Citrus yellow in colour, this exuberant and aromatic wine gives notes of tropical fruits and floral hints. Fresh on the palate with excellent acidity, this wine has a balanced finish.  Works well with seafood and Mediterranean salads.

Beira Interior

Grown on the challenging but rewarding slopes 600m above sea level, this wine is remarkably ‘Portuguese’ due to its aromatic complexity, mocha and smokey hints from the wood ageing.

Bright colour , floral aroma with citrus notes such as grapefruit. The palate has a great unctuosity and mineral flavour. The finish is long and fresh, where notes of grapefruit finish well to leave an element of wanting to taste more.

Vinho Verde

Vinho Verde has become the trendy white of Portugal.  Literally means ‘green wine’ but is translated as ‘young wine’, however this is aromatic on the nose and fresh on the finish.  With its story backed with a wonderful style, it’s a wine worth talking about.

With a ruby red colour , young aroma and good intensity with special emphasis on the red fruits , such as strawberry and raspberry , as well as some chocolate notes. On the mouth it shows good volume, confirming the fruity notes with a pleasant finish.

Deep ruby colour with complex aromas of black ripe fruit, spices, moca orange blossom and nuances of rockrose In the mouth it reveals a good balance between acidity and soft layerd tannins A long lasting aromatic taste.

Complex aromas of black fruit pepper mocha and herbal notes On the palate it is a full bodied wine which promises good ageing potential in the bottle.  A wine that works well with a lamb dish but equally for the quality, can be drunk on its own.

Alvarinho

Dry in style with an underlying stone fruit tone, this Alvarinho has coastal influences giving the wine hints of minerality. Its refreshingly dry and beautiful crisp notes make this a perfect match for salty fish.

Alentejano

Young fresh ruby wine, with warm aromas, where the notes of ripe red fruits stand out In the mouth it shows lively acidity with a long after taste.  Its style is very refreshing with a structure that would complement a roast dinner or lamb stew.

Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness point and carefully transported to the winery. There they were de-stemmed, crushed and immediately pressed. After decanting, the wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 15-16ºC, for 18 days . This wine aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats

Vinho Verde

Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness point and carefully transported to the winery. There they were de-stemmed, crushed and immediately pressed. After decanting, the wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16-17ºC, for 4 weeks. This wine aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats

Young ruby in colour, this intense wine has notes of wild berries on the nose that develops into a good structure on the palate.  Strong tannins reveals different layers and finishes with a harmonious and warm elegance.

Alentejano

Having spent 6 months in oak, this wine shows great concentration of ripe black fruit, dry fig and dark chocolate. The flavour is intense and round, with silky tannins and a persistent finish.

Gaiao Reserva

Alentejo

Intense ruby colour and complex aromas with outstanding notes of violet, cherry and chocolate. In the mouth it is full and elegant, with good structure and concentration. Long after taste confirming its aromatic notes.
